- Get mail — every month during the first week we ship out. Give a week for UAE users. Give two to three weeks for international members. You get billed at same time as you join every month. Cancel anytime. If you join on Jan 3 you will receive February Mail which will be shipped on first week of February.

Mail Club Q&A
📬 When will my Mail Club be shipped?
Mail is usually packed and sent the first week of the month following your subscription (or according to your schedule).
🛠️ Can I pause or cancel?
Yes — members are usually able to pause or cancel anytime through their account portal or the subscription management link sent in the welcome email.
🧾 When will I be charged?
Your subscription is billed on the same day each month you joined — for example, if you joined on the 10th, billing happens on the 10th each month.
🌎 What countries do you ship to?
Right now, we mail to 19 countries + 6 GCC Countries:
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain Oman, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the US.
The list is limited while we sort out international shipping issues.
📍 How long will delivery take?
- Standard mail often takes ~5–14 business days for domestic delivery and up to 21+ business days for international mail — varies by postal service.
- Tracking may not be included for standard subscription mail to keep prices low.
📦 What if my mail arrives damaged/lost?
If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email me at artventuresofmarisa@gmail.com with your name and photos of the item(s).
🖼️ Can I buy past Mail Club items?
Past editions or prints are often available for separate purchase, though quantities may be limited and may cost slightly more.
